Curating wellness experiences which are meaningful and enduring.

The Setting

At a time where life can feel busy and chaotic, with the body’s physical, emotional and psychological systems under increased demand, the winter workshop aims to encourage clients to pause; rest; restore and reset.

Liminal has been chosen to signify the time where clients may reflect upon the past and look ahead to the future. Liminal can be recognised as the point of transition, a place or space where time meets; giving the opportunity for a transformative space, such as where past meets future.

Workshop Intention

The workshop intends to hold a space for clients to recognise and bring together intention, breath and body. Comprising of three phases, there will be an aim for clients to feel a switch inward with breath and intention. The intention is to leave this behind. Clients will engage in guided rest and will have time to reflect on what to take forward into the new year. The importance of the work is to allow for clients to feel intention, reflection and reset, to embed their chosen word into the practice and with future intention.
