Terms and Conditions – 12-Day Promotional Membership (£12)
This promotional membership offers 12 consecutive days of access to Active Lifestyles Stroud District for a one-off fee of £12.00.
The offer is available for purchase during December 2025 only.
This is a limited-time campaign and will not be extended.
Membership must start in December 2025. Forward dating beyond December is not permitted.
The membership runs for 12 consecutive days from the start date.
All access rights expire automatically at the end of the 12-day period.
The offer is open to new members and returning members.
Existing members are not eligible to pause or convert their current membership to this promotional offer.
The membership cannot be paused or transferred.
Members will have access to the same facilities and services as standard members, including Pool, Gym access, Group fitness classes (subject to availability) and Racquet Sports (Stroud)
Standard booking policies apply for classes and courts.
A booking charge of £3.50 applies for no-shows or late cancellations on classes and other bookable sessions.
The full fee of £12.00 must be paid upfront at the time of purchase.
No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once payment is made, except where required by law and is non-cancellable once purchased.
In the event of facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reasonable extension or alternative compensation at our discretion.
Members must complete a health declaration and induction (if required and want to use the Gym) before using the facilities.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly via our website or at point of sale.
