Mindful Movement, engage in guided yoga and movement practices that encourage exploration, balance, and strength. Each session is designed to deepen your mind-body connection and create space for self-awareness.
Breathwork Workshop, learn powerful breathing techniques to calm the mind, energise the body, and restore balance.
Reset and Flourish, take time for stillness and reflection. Enjoy nourishing vegan refreshments complemented by creative and inspiring activities that spark joy and encourage personal expression. Creative Crafting with Macramé designed to inspire creativity and connection.
Guided Meditation, end the day with a deeply relaxing meditation session, leaving you grounded, centred, and ready to flourish beyond the retreat.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully taken.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We do not offer refunds. You may transfer your booking to another person up to 48 hours before the event at no extra charge.
Yoga & breathwork activities may involve physical exertion. You agree to listen to your body, follow instructor guidance, and modify/abstain as needed.
Inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements – While reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Please contact us in advance regarding accessibility needs so we can advise on suitability of the venue and activities.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
We may take photos or short videos for marketing and social media, please inform us if you prefer not to be in any of the photos or videos.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga. Mats/props will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
For added comfort, bring layers, socks, blankets, and pillows.
