Choose2Move Classes are light to moderate physical activity classes designed for people who maybe have attended one of our referral classes previously or new members who are looking to increase their physical activity levels.
These classes aim to improve your:
- Strength
- Balance
- Flexibility
- Overall wellbeing by promoting a more active lifestyle

Choose2Move Maintaining Mobility
Choose2Move -Maintaining Mobility Class is a light to moderate physical activity class designed for people with mobility limitations. The aim of this class is to improve your:
- Strength
- Balance
- Flexibility
- Overall wellbeing by promoting a more active lifestyle
All exercises can be adapted to all levels of ability and most of the exercises can be performed seated if needed. We play music too! So we can all sing along while we are exercising which helps with our breathing, so have a playlist of your favourite tunes ready for me đŸ™‚
Anyone who feels the classes could benefit them are eligible to attend. You will be required to have a complete a PAR-Q to participate in the classes.

Choose2Move Pilates
In this class, you’ll concentrate on lengthening and strengthening the core muscles by focusing on good technique, precision and control of movement to reduce the risk of injury and to enhance injury recovery. A variety of levels makes this class suitable for beginners.

Choose2Move Tai Chi
Tai Chi combines safe & effective exercises for the health of the body & mind and consists of controlled flowing movements & breathing. These movements can have various health benefits such as increased range of movement, muscular strength & stability which are essential for normal physical function in our daily lives. By focusing on our breathing we can improve lung function, circulation and exercise capacity which can help to alleviate symptoms of stress & anxiety and lead to a better health related quality of life.
