Football & Hockey – 50 minutes sessions
The best thing about football is that it can be played anywhere from your back garden to your local park. It is also a great workout; playing football increases your aerobic capacity and helps keep your heart healthy. It also helps lower your body fat, improve your muscle tone and increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Not only this, football is so much fun! We offer 5-a-side and 11-a-side football sessions and also hockey sessions on our outdoor pitches.

Walking football
A slower-paced version of the sport for participants who enjoy the social side of sport as much as playing. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and wellbeing and you don’t need brilliant football skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
