Dursley Pool Party Competition

Terms & conditions

  1. Prize
    There is one (1) pool party prize available to be won. No cash alternative, refund, or exchange will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
  2. Event Details
    The pool party will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 23rd August 2025 at 16:30. The date and time of the party are fixed and cannot be changed or rescheduled.
  3. Party Format
    The pool party will last 1.5 hours, with 45 minutes of poolside time allocated for food and drinks following the swimming session.
    Guests must bring their own food and drink. No catering or refreshments will be provided by the centre.
  4. Pool Safety & Supervision
    All attendees must follow the Pool Safety and Admission Rules, which are displayed at reception and form part of the general Facilities Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the pool by a parent or responsible adult (aged 18 or over), with a maximum of two (2) children per supervising adult in the water.
    It is the responsibility of parents or supervising adults to provide armbands or flotation devices for any child who requires them.
  5. Poolside Conduct
    Poolside safety rules must be followed at all times. These are clearly displayed in the pool hall under the ‘Attention! Pool Safety’ signage.
    All guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the centre’s rules for safety and enjoyment.
  6. Capacity Limits
    The maximum number of people permitted to attend the pool party is 50 (this includes both children and supervising adults). This limit cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
  7. Photography & Marketing
    Photos will be taken during the pool party for marketing purposes. By entering the competition and attending the party, participants consent to being photographed and for these images to be used in promotional materials (including print, digital and social media).
    Consent forms will be available on the day of the party. If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please inform a member of staff on arrival.
  8. General
    By entering the competition and attending the party, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with safety rules or behave inappropriately.
