We offer Personal Training at both Active Lifestyles Stroud and Dursley with programs designed to meet your unique needs, no matter your fitness level.
Our team of Personal Trainers are qualified and ready to help you achieve real results. Whether you have a specific goal, from learning how to lift your first weights to running a 10k, or if you want some extra support and motivation, our dedicated 1-2-1 Personal Training with Active Lifestyles sessions can to get you there.

Junior Gym
Whether your child is already active or you want to help them learn about the benefits of movement, help your child start with their fitness journey with us at Active Lifestyles.
Our Junior Gym sessions are the perfect introduction to movement and activity in a safe and controlled environment. Your child can access a variety of cardio and strength-training equipment, as well as support from our expert team. Give your child the gift of movement with us at Active Lifestyles.
We have both supervised and unsupervised sessions for juniors. Â All juniors must be accompanied by and adult to our unsupervised sessions.
